# User Guide

Suppose you want to restake into Kelp and receive rsETH on Arbitrum; here’s how you can achieve that in a single flow:

**Step 1)** Visit [StakeEase](https://stakeease.com/app/stake?strategy=Kelp) and select your source chain and token.

**Step 2)** Select the chain and token you want to use for Kelp restaking.

**Step 3)** Select the chain on which you want to receive rsETH. If Arbitrum/Optimism is selected, we use LayerZero to mint the token to your Arbitrum/Optimism wallet.

**Step 4)** Hit the “Stake” button and let StakeEase handle the rest!
